These fun and unique sessions are designed for people of all ages and stages, with or without health challenges, as well as anyone new to yoga.

Chair Yoga provides all the wonderful health benefits of yoga: it improves fitness, flexibility, balance, strength and coordination; it relaxes your body and mind; it elevates your overall health and wellbeing.

Tailored to your individual needs, a one-to-one yoga programme allows you to receive the right combination of breathing techniques, purposeful movement and mindful meditation that will benefit you most.

Our approach includes offering self-care yoga tools and techniques to empower you to manage your own physical and mental health and wellbeing.
